Story
Most of your know our Mum, Jane sadly passed away in 2020.
For the last few months of her life we spent every day by her side seeing the truly remarkable and excellent care Pilgrims gives not only to the patients but the support to the families going through such difficult times.
In April 2023 I'll be running the London Marathon in memory of what a truly incredible person our Mum was and to raise money for this fantastic cause so it can continue to help families like ours when they need it most.
Any donation between now and April would be greatly appreciated and will in turn help other families.
Thank you
Scott & Maria
At its heart, Pilgrims is dedicated to providing skilled and compassionate care, free of charge, to people living with an incurable illness in east Kent. Their vision is that people with a life-limiting illness are supported and empowered to live well in mind & body, making the most of the time they have. They care for over 2,500 patients a year, at their 3 inpatient units in Canterbury, Thanet & Ashford, their therapy centres, or in patients’ own homes. With 80% of their funding being voluntary contributions, your support cannot be overstated.
