Around Oxfordshire road trip on a trishaw · 31 July 2020

We have our first trishaw and we think it's amazing. Over the years we know that it will become a lifeline to so many people in Oxfordshire who may be at risk of social isolation. Having 3 bikes by the end of 2020 will help us help more local people.

Story

My name is Janet and I am a retired child and adolescent psychiatrist living in Bladon. I am also a trustee for cycling without age Oxfordshire.

I will be cycling the CWA thrishaw on the 31st July 2020 from Long Hanborough to Blackbird Ley's via Cassington, Woodstock, Yarnton and Kidlington to raise funds for our second Cycling Without Age trishaw here in Oxfordshire.

CWA Oxfordshire is a charity whose aim is to reduce social isolation in the most vulnerable 'fetch a smile with every mile'. The trishaw piloted by trained volunteers, will take out the socially isolated so that they too can reconnect with the out doors - a chat and 'wind in the hair' can work wonders.

Please support me in buying our second trishaw to help beat social isolation here in Oxfordshire.

Cycling Without Age Oxfordshire is a local charity that takes older and vulnerable people at risk of social isolation out on bike rides on specially built trishaws. They already have their first bike but are raising funds for another two so that they can help thousands more Oxfordshire residents in the years to come.
