Sorry but another request for some of your hard earned cash!

We decided a few months ago that we needed a challenge to focus on and to help get us fit. So we decided to set our sights on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks along with our dear friends, Kerry and Paul Keller, Donna and Che Rowley, Sarah Hollis and Mark Lester. To be completely honest whilst we did consider doing this for a charity we didn't do anymore about it...

Today however Wayne and I found ourselves at our dear friend Alison's funeral. Alison was taken far too young by cancer and instead of flowers, donations to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity were requested. The Royal Marsden played a big part in Alison's treatment and they fund pioneering work in cancer research, diagnosis, treatment and care to improve the lives of cancer patients throughout the UK. It seemed only fitting that we give our own challenge greater meaning and try and raise a little cash for this very worthy cause.

Anyone who knew Alison will never forget her, she was one amazingly strong lady who was a fighter to the very end. She will be sadly missed.
