 I am running in the Great North Run 2019 which will be my first Half Marathon. I wanted to set myself a new challenge and was lucky to get through the Great North run Ballot to gain a place. 

I have been training since last Jan 2018, I have ran the Hamilton 10k Canada achieving a new PB. 

Please dig deep for a great cause, the CFR’s are a valuable service which is all voluntary. They respond to 999 calls helping out East Midlands Ambulance Service save Lives. They are currently raising funds to buy a new response car, so please help out where you can, it could be your family member they come to save next.
