The Forget Me Not Appeal is about more than raising awareness it's about raising funds to give people living with dementia, and their carers, the practical support they need right now.

Those of you who've arrived at this page will know how committed I am to the work of the society and, in particular, to Dementia Friends. I am a Dementia Friends Ambassador and I'm currently leading on a project to make my own villages (Histon and Impington) a Dementia Friendly Community.
