Story

Our mothers Margaret Monteith and Elizabeth Saltrese both received a diagnosis of Alzheimers so Ros, myself and our husbands Nigel Borthwick and Tommy Bolland decided to take on the Trek26 challenge to do our bit raising funds to find a cure for this life altering disease. Since signing up Janice's mother Margaret has passed away so we will also be walking in her memory.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day they find a cure, they aim to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported, accepted, and able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
