I am running the London Marathon to raise funds for CLIC Sargent who support children living with cancer. I am also running in memory of Summer Allen who battled with Neuroblastoma (a form of cancer) in her short life and sadly passed away far too soon. Also every relative and friend whose lives have endured some form of cancer...this ones for you too! I HATE cancer and no one should have to suffer this terrible disease, especially children. CLIC do an amazing job and without them families may not receive all the support they need when battling cancer. Please take a look at their website to see where your kind donations will go :D 

Anyone who knows me will know I like to sign up to any extreme challenges and think i'm slightly mental haha! Mostly my challenges are self funded but I love to help fundraise for worthy causes whenever possible. I have a target of £2000 which i'd love to exceed since I have been given such an amazing opportunity by CLIC. I will also be ticking off a lifetime goal from my bucket list :D If you don't think this one challenge is enough to dip into your pocket here's what else i'm doing this year...Endurer dash 14k, Sheffield half marathon, Trekfest Brecons 54 miles, Race to the Stones 100k, Race for Life pretty muddy, Moon Rise Run, TRekfest Peaks 54 Miles and hopefully the Great North Run...phew! I may have missed something here too :)
