Career Ready transforms young people’s lives by giving them a mentor and workplace experiences that they wouldn’t ordinarily have access to. It gives them the chance to fulfil their potential, regardless of where they start out,

I know from my own personal experience the difference it can make to have another good adult in the life of a young person to provide encouragement, inspiration and guidance along the way. I have received this in abundance from the Career Ready family and want to take on this challenge to help support this amazing work.
