It is with great sadness I share with you that my beloved mother Jasna Begum Uddin left us on the 27th January 2021 back to her Creator, the supreme and the most Merciful  Allah (azza WaZalla).

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Your Heaven lies under the feet of your mother.” (Nasai)

Abu Hurairah narrated that Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “When a man dies, his good deeds come to an end except three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and righteous offspring who will pray for him.” (Muslim) Commenting on this hadith, Imam An-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said,

“The scholars said, the meaning of this hadith is that the deeds of the deceased come to an end as soon as he or she dies, and the renewal of reward ceases for him or her, except in these three cases because he or she is the cause of them:

• his or her offspring is counted among his or her earnings,
• the knowledge that he or she leaves behind through teaching or writing,
• ongoing charity, i.e., a waqf (Islamic endowment).”

I am raising funds to provide four deep water wells to the most deprived and rural places in Bangladesh and I request your support to help me contribute as much as possible and GiveWater. Each water well will cost £2,500 and have motor installed and will go deep as 800 -1000 ft  below to bring water free from arsenic and iron In Sha Allah.

Alhamdulillah! The blessed month of Ramadan upon us once again!

This RAMADAN, let's bring the whole family together and help those in NEED! Charity in Islam takes many forms; Zakat, Sadaqah, Lillah, Fitrana, Qurbani, and Kaffarah to name some. The two most essential are Zakat (Obligatory charity) and Sadaqah (Voluntary charity).

Please take part in this blessed journey with me and help me to provide water. 

Our Prophet (SAW) was asked fayi sadaqa afdhal - which sadaqah, which charity is the best and He Rasul Ullah (SAW) responded by saying saqiul Maa - A Drink of Water. 

May Allah accept this from all of us and bring all the blessings to our family-Ameen
