Severn Hospice gives specialist care and support free of charge to families across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales living with an incurable illness.

I will be helping to raise funds for this incredible cause by emerging from my couch potato status and taking extra steps with the help of my 2 dogs, Ruby and Mabel - it's very possible that they are more enthusiastic about the extra exercise than I am 🤣🤣
