I am off on a trek through Nepal and up to the Annapurna base camp. Originally this was just for fun (!) but I have a friend in our village, Julie Hamblin,  who has been diagnosed with MS and who gets a lot of support from the Gloucestershire Multiple Sclerosis Information & Therapy Centre.
