I’m running 56 miles this February for Mind.
Mind is a charity I have great respect for, as they support some of the most vulnerable people at their darkest times. I have personally relied on Mind in the hardest times in my life and know their charity work with countless people and services is essential.
I found running very beneficial for my mental health, and I hope that by taking on this challenge, I can give back to help those who are in need.
In the UK 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health problem this year, yet too many still wait in silence. Mind is often their only lifeline — on the phone, in local communities, and fighting for change so no one is left behind.
