Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When I swam the Channel in 2014, I raised money for Great Ormond St Hospital, who cared for my son Tom after his diagnosis, aged 3, with a brain tumour. They helped us through two operations to remove the bulk of the tumour, and subsequent chemo. We will be eternally grateful for the wonderful work they did.

Fast forward 11 years, Tom is now 14, his tumour is growing again, and he will need further treatment, this time at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool. Please will you consider donating to their charity?

I will be swimming the channel again in August, this time using the backstroke. This feat has only been completed successfully three times in the past. Any money raised will go in full to Alder Hey.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
