Story
UPDATE I was going to be running the 2021 Brighton marathon but due to an injury I have had to defer to the 2022 Brighton Marathon. - I will get this done despite injuries and repeated Covid disruptions. I will do this!
Massive thanks to all those that have donated already, very much appreciated. The plus side to another delay is that there is even more time for a spot of fundraising!
I am completing the 2022 Brighton Marathon (I will complete it eventually!!) in memory of Nobs, my much loved big character of a brother-in-law, who was taken from us far too soon following a stroke. He would of thought running a marathon was a daft idea so that's what I am gonna do.
I realise there are many requests for charitable donations amongst these social media type places. If you can spare a few pound to support me raising funds for this worthwhile charity that is close to the hearts of my family then please do. Many thanks.
The official blurb - please read it, this is something that could effect any of us directly or indirectly.......
