Bliss is the leading UK charity for babies born premature or sick. We rely on donations to fund our work but with one baby admitted to neonatal care every five minutes we don’t have the resources to reach every baby who needs us. Your donation can help Bliss ensure every baby gets the best care.

Story

Hi Guys

Thanks for visiting my page and thanks for any support you can give me to reach my target.

My son Logan was born 9 weeks early on May 27th 2012. I have to tell you it was a mixture of pure excitement and fear of not knowing what was going to happen from day to day as he rested in the incubator. All we could do was to stay postive to get through each day as we watched Logan grow. It was hard to see him only for a couple of hours a day in hospital, just wishing we could take him home.

After 5 weeks, we finally got the good news that we could finally take him home and I cant tell you the relief we felt. Within the 5 weeks of being at the hospital we saw some parents that were more fortunate than us and many parents that werent. It was heart breaking with some of the things we saw and were told about that some parents had to go through.

I hope by doing this, I can help other parents with the money I raise to support them and to make sure they can look forward to the future with their child.

Some parents are always talking about how quick their child walks or talks. Me, I'm just glad Logans here.

The fear of not knowing if you will ever be allowed to take your child home is something I wouldnt wish on anyone.

Please, please help me make this possible to give other parents premature children a fighting chance with all the help they can get by the money we raise.

As you can see by the pics below, Logans doing just fine now and I cant express how proud I am of how much of a little fighter he truely is :)
