Story

A team of 8 Route 101 staff are trekking the Welsh 3 Peaks in June this year in aid of Calm, (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

The 3 Peaks consist of Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan, which equates to around 25km of treking with about 2000 meters of elevation. We expect the challenge to take around 18 hours.

This event is 100% self funded and anything you can donate is hugely appriciated.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.
