This March I will be running a minimum of 5km every day, giving a total of at least 155km. To put that into perspective last year i ran a total of 263km on strava, around 300km in total. I will be aiming to complete half of that amount in 1 month. 

Only posting now to show my commitment to doing this, currently 9 runs in.

Mankind initiative offers support to men who suffer from domestic abuse. I am doing this for mankind initiative because of my brother in law being in this situation and have seen first hand the effects this can have. Yet the lack of support for men in this situation is alarming, I hope this will raise some much needed funds and awareness.
