Story
This year as part of our ASDAN project at Sheaf training we are raising the awareness and funds to highlight the plight of Sheffield homelessness. We are collecting empty crisps packets and old carrier bags to turn them into sleeping bags and mats to give to the homeless.
To help raise awareness I will be taking part in Roundabout sleep out on November 12th 2021. I will be sleeping in one of the sleeping bags and using one of the mats that our students have made.
I would be grateful if anyone could sponsor me for this event. I am aiming to raise a minimum of £100 which will help to re-home and re-settle one of our homeless, any amount you are able to give will make a huge difference to the charity and the lives of the homeless.
Roundabout is South Yorkshire's youth homeless charity. Every day, we provide shelter and support to over 250 young people in South Yorkshire who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Your support will go a long way to changing the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people in South Yorkshire. Our work is a lifeline for many and supports the young people we work with to prepare for a better future.
