I have been given the opportunity to do a tandem sky dive and had no desire at all to do it but thought that if I did it for charity I would commit to doing the jump.. There are a dozen or so fellow sky divers doing the dive (including Malcolm Smart) but they all seem to want to do it. There was obviously a degree of peer pressure so have agreed to do it but want a reason to throw myself out of a plane (as I am not a thrill seeker and not too keen on heights).

Unfortunately, however much you sponsor me I won’t be doing the sky dive without the parachute.

I have chosen Sarcoma UK as this unfortunately was the condition that took Peter Thompson’s life. There is a link below that explains the great work they do to find a cure for this horrible cancer.
