Bike ride from London West Minister to the Arc De Triomphe!

As you can see from the pictures I am doing everything to ensure I am in tip top condition for the challenge. Its all about the right food, drink and rest at this stage. You might think its a long way to go and get a paper but phew 284 miles is no laughing matter. Just to say that there are absolutely NO costs from any money donated as every single penny goes straight to WFM and at a time when most people are watching the pennies any small donation is just as welcome as a much needed duck house. As a thank you I will be bringing back a little bottle for one of the people who have helped us raise the cash.
