London-Brighton in loving memory of my Uncle Jason

BHF - London to Brighton Bike Ride 2012 · 17 June 2012 ·
Hi everyone,
On June 17th 2012 I will be cycling 56 miles from Clapham Common to Brighton, in memory of my uncle Jason, our loved family member, our good friend, one of your close work collegues, the nicest bloke in the world and the person who did not deserve to leave us aged only 43 on Thurs 26th April 2012.
He enjoyed keeping fit and was training to climb to the base camp on Mount Everest next year, something which a few of us have thought of completing on his behalf and again in his memory.
Jason suffered two major heart attacks, and he suffered irreversible brain damage. He is now at peace. His care was the best it could have been and I am fundraising to keep it that way, they did everything for him, we could not have asked for more.
I will be raising money for British Heart Foundation as they aim to spread awareness of heart conditions in order to prevent people dying from heart disease and heart related problems, and creating new tests to prevent heart attacks. They also provide help and support to those who need it.
Please help support this cause and help save lives,
Rest in Peace Uncle.
