Why I'm doing this - there's a scary increase across the UK in the number of children and young people struggling with mental health issues: self-harming, isolation, suicidal thoughts and social anxiety - to name just a few! The guys at CXK do great work with vulnerable youngsters across Kent, Essex and East Sussex - giving them the support and resources to feel better, more able to cope and optimistic about the future. This is why I'm fundraising for them.

How you can help - I know times are tough and money's tight, but any cash you can spare will be gratefully received, and I know will be really well used to buy well-being bags and to help provide access to life-changing counselling support.

Oh, and don't forget to authorise Gift Aid - that extra 25% will make all the difference.
