My recent diagnosis of prostate cancer made we aware that an earlier diagnosis, perhaps with more awareness of early symptoms or a more regular screening program, would have made a huge difference to me. Fundamentally it could have made the difference between curable and un-curable, more and less life.

During my chemotherapy treatment I am training up to run a 5k (having not run since school) and so I intend to run the full 5k.
