As you may know, 18 April 2020 was originally supposed to be the wedding day for me and my long-suffering fiancee, Siobhan. Unfortunately, Covid-19 meant that we have had to postpone for the best part of a year.

To mark the occasion of our 'wedding day', we want to do something to support the NHS and all those risking their lives to care for the sick in such challenging circumstances. I am therefore going to let Siobhan shave my head.

I have never seen myself without anything other than a very full head of hair, so the results could be interesting. I promise 'before and after' photos and a video of the dog's reaction to my new shiny head. Please, if you've got anything you can give, we would be grateful for your contributions!

As an added incentive, having regretfully boasted to Siobhan that my hair is probably worth at least £500 (which is where this all started...) I will match any donations up to that amount.
