Today I completed my first half marathon. Thank you to everyone for sponsoring me. To think at the start I just set a target of £75 🥰 and now I'm at £600. So proud to complete my half marathon but more importantly for raising £600 for such an amazing charity. I will be running the Oxford half marathon in October and will be aiming to beat 1:57 💪🏻

Following the disappointment of sustaining an injury I am pleased to announce that I am now running the Oxford Half Marathon in October as well the MK half. I am so excited for these events

Training is going really well. Upping my pace and miles each week. Going to push myself to complete the race in 1 hour 45 minutes. The struggle of that is nothing compared to the struggle people with epilepsy go through daily for support and understanding from some. Luckily with organisations like epilepsy action support is out there. Thank you to those who have sponsored me so far. Your generosity is incredible.

This year I will be hoping to run a couple of half marathons to raise funds and achieve life milestones. My partner (soon to be wife) is the most incredible person I know who unfortunately suffers from tonic clinic seizures and Non-Epileptic Seizures. She doesn't let this get in the way of what she wants to do in life and for this reason I want to do something out of my comfort zone.
