On the 18th August I will be heading off with a group friends with the aim of walking from Bude (In the South West somewhere), all the way to Land's End (somewhere further into the South West). It's 130 miles of walking up and down some of the most rugged and beautiful shoreline in the world. It is going to be painful, but very worthwhile.

I am doing this in aid of Cancer Research UK, which i'm sure you'll agree is a very worthy charity, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.
