I've been inspired to run the 2014 marathon by many people - my niece Ellie, who has Cystic Fibrosis, my friend Ben, who died tragically following a battle with Motor Neurone Disease in 2010, his son Sam, who has Celebral Palsy, and the many people I know who have suffered or recovered from serious or life threatening illnesses.

I've chosen Leonard Cheshire Disability because of the brilliant work they do to help people with all types of disability and serious medical conditions. 

Now I really need your help to raise as much money as we possibly can. Your donation will really mean a lot and make a difference to the many people that the charity assists. It will also help make those 20-mile training runs seem a little less painful :) Thanks in advance for your support.
