Hi Thanks for looking at my just giving web page hopefully you will find it interesting and make a donation to my chosen Charity

So lets talk about the Charity.
I decided on Cancer research because Cancer effects everyone either by suffering from it personally or they know of somebody, maybe a loved one or a work colleague or even a past acquaintance that is or has suffered. The sad thing is that we probably all also know of someone that has past away as a result of the disease.
Wouldn't it be great if someday a cure could be found?

So what am I doing to raise money for this charity.
I am walking the Camino de Santiago also known as the way of St James, its a pilgrimage, its 500 miles of hiking self sufficiently across Spain from Saint Jean Pied de Port to Santiago de Compostela and I have given myself 24 days to complete this.
I am no stranger to long distance events having competed in many Ironman Triathlons and ultra marathons but this is going to top the lot!
This will test me physically and mentally like never before and fingers crossed I will be rewarded with blisters and wonderful life experience plus hopefully raising some money for charity in the process.
