Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Firstly, running is my least favourite form of exercise! But since having surgery in September I haven't been able to do any meaningful exercise and my fitness has severely declined. Now I am able to exercise I thought it would make the effort more meaningful if I raised some money for a very important charity. 

Mermaids are an incredibly important charity, especially for transgender and gender diverse youth as well as their families. The support and kindness they show the young people who use their services is invaluable, they improve the lives of so many people, just by listening and respecting them when they are dealing with something many people simply cannot understand.

Please help me support Mermaids by giving what you can, but more importantly, only if you can.
