Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As most of you will know, Jonah was diagnosed with Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome (WSS) in 2019. WSS is a rare genetic disorder resulting from mutations on the KMT2A gene on the long arm of chromosome 11. WSS causes many issues, such as global developmental delay, sleeping difficulties, feeding and digestion complexities, hypotonia, urinary tract anomalies, joint problems, short stature and autism/behavioural problems to name but a few!
Jonah's big brother, Jasper (9) and cousins Christabel (13) and Clementine (11) will be running the Liverpool Spring Kids 3K and would like to try to raise a bit of money for The National Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Warriors. This is a small, UK based charity which supports families with members affected by WSS.
