Queridos amigos,

As you may be aware I am running my first marathon in London this year.

It is a long overdue promise and a challenge that means a lot to me personally. I have had the help of my friends Rafa and Silvia Gil-Alberdi and their charity Miracles to get here.

I am raising money for Miracles (http://www.miraclesthecharity.org) an NGO that is helping the most unprivileged people, with a particular emphasis on children across UK and Europe.

My aim is to finish safely, no fancy timing, raise the money and achieve my personal commitment.
