Hi there and thanks for stopping by.
I don't normally do fundraising for individual cases as I work in a sector that deals with the neediest all over the world. However.....
As a dad to two little tearaways, I am always thankful for every day that goes by where the biggest worry is if they will jump down the stairs or land a remote through the tv. However, a little lad we know of has given his mum and dad something a bit more serious to worry about.
George has been in and out of The Royal Marsden Hospital since January because of the discovery of an unwelcome visitor (named Tony the tumour) which has set up home on the base of George's spine. George's journey is an uncertain one but his family are adamant that the Royal Marsden have been unbelievably supportive and helpful and doing an amazing job.
So I have decided to join in their effort to raise funds for the Royal Marsden to help make the jobs of the wonderful doctors and nurses that little bit easier. Every last penny of the money raised will go towards helping cancer to 'do one' once and for all (funding The Royal Marsden's pioneering work in cancer research, diagnosis, treatment and patient care).

As for me, well, I am signing up for a Tough Mudder event and hope that the idea of trying to drag my unfit backside around a 10-mile muddy obstacle course in May might make you think it worth throwing a quid or two this way.
For everyone who donates I will send a personalised thank you photo after the event!

Thanks!!
