February 14th 2019, Valentine’s Day, isn’t only a day we cherish and spoil our boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, for myself and those closest to me it will mark a year since we lost a very very dear friend, husband, daddy, son, brother.

For those of you that don’t know, on Valentine’s Day 2018 we tragically lost our Scott to suicide. Having battled with his mental health on and off for years it eventually got the better of him, leaving behind his wife Jordan and his sons Charlie and Jesse.

Witnessing just how heartbreaking mental health issues can effect a family I have chosen to jump out of an airplane to raise as much money as possible for the M.I.N.D charity, raise awareness and end the stigma on men’s mental health.

Mind is a mental health charity in England and Wales. Founded in 1946 as the National Association for Mental Health, it celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2016. Mind offers information and advice to people with mental health problems.

This charity lies so close to our hearts and with a lot of help from you guys, I hope to exceed my target of £2000. Please dig deep and sponsor me to help fund this incredible cause. The money will go to helping those with poor mental health and hopefully preventing our kind of heartache for others.
