I'm running the Vitality 10K this May in London to raise funds and awareness for the independent charity Pharmacist Support.

About Pharmacist Support

Pharmacist Support is an independent charity dedicated to supporting pharmacists, students, pre-registration pharmacists, former pharmacists and retirees and their families and dependents.

The charity can provide Wellbeing workshops to pharmacy teams and those who work in pharmacy by arrangement and provides an important helpline to those who work to provide health and professional services in the UK.

The important work it does everyday provides practical support and advice to those facing often unexpected and difficult times, in many areas of life such as:

Support with financial difficulties and debt advice,

Support with work issues and stress, illness or disability,

Support with health and through various addictions, 

Support with employment law and careers.

All services are provided as free and confidential.
