I've set myself the challenge of running an event or race per month to raise money for Cardiff & Vale Health Charity.

Your donations never replace NHS funding; they support projects over and above what the NHS can provide. Past donations have made a difference to: paediatric intensive care, stroke services, orthopaedics, emergency medicine, maternity, neurology, cancer services, breast care, spinal injury, cystic fibrosis, cardiac medicine, leukaemia, rehabilitation services the list goes on, and so does the impact of this money.
