Rat Race Artic Circle 100km · 25 March 2022

Free to Run drives change in community gender norms in conflict areas, by supporting adolescent girls & young women to advance their leadership and wellness through running.

Story

In 2020 I signed up to complete this Rat Race Artic Circle 100km event just to do something different and challenge myself. Since that point have my questioned my own sanity in doing this! The biggest physical challenge I have ever undertaken but comes at a point in my life where I am ready to do something different

I have been training and no doubt will wish I had done more at some point in the event. So as I push on to the last 10 weeks and face the fact that I am doing this now and it is going to happen... I wanted to put this out into the world and ask for you help

I am raising money for an NGO called Free to Run which uses running, sport and adventure  to engage young women living in war zones, to become leaders and a force for change, something that is very close to my own heart

I would like to raise £700 - £1000 for them through this event so any individual donations are much appreciated

If you are a sports club/business and think you would benefit from a talk/discussion on high performing teams or leadership, you can book a session with me and donate the fee (£350) to the charity, Please contact me through LinkedIn DM

Thank you!!!
