To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the opening of Serennu Children's Centre, I have decided to do a sponsored event to raise funds for Sparkle. During each week for the 10 weeks prior to the anniversary date of 2^nd September,  I will walk 10 miles and cycle 100km every blooming week. Now for an unfit, overweight, 58 year old with a dodgy knee, this may prove a challenge, however not a patch compared to the challenges Sparkle families face every day.
