Jacks Wellington marathon · 27 April 2020

Our vision is to protect threatened species and enable people to help wildlife thrive. We're home to over 400 amazing animals, some are sadly vulnerable to extinction. It costs over £11,500 each week to feed and care for them. Your donations really do help.

My name is jack and I’m 11 years old. I’ve been reading how the zoo’s in the uk are struggling due to the covid virus and I would like to help. It costs £11,500 a week to keep the animals fed and safe at Dartmoor zoo and they are running out of money.

I am going to run the equivalent of a marathon over a period of 3 weeks with my dad on our 1 hours exercise allowance a day. I will keep everyone updated on how I’m doing with strava screen shots.
