Mental health is something which will affect most families in one way or another at some point.

On Saturday 10th October Keith & myself on behalf of Marton Electrical Ltd along with friends Jon & Kerry Coupland of Pali Ltd will be taking part in 'Walk into the Light'.....raising funds which will be distributed to the Headlight Project, in memory of a very special man Russ Devereux and other mental health charities on Teesside.

We will be starting our 10 mile walk at midnight and by walking from the dark into the light we hope to be able to spread the message of HOPE to all..........young and old alike !!

Tough times don't last forever, people do and we all have that toughness in us, we just need to remind ourselves of that every now and then. We are walking this route to give the message that our happiest times lie ahead of us and we just need to overcome any obstacles that may get in the way and in times of need reach out and talk to others and never be afraid to ask for help.
