BIG THANK YOU  to all that donated to my Half Marathon run in aid of the ALZHEIMERS SOCIETY.  Its all over now had a fab time.  I run the Half Marathon in 2 hrs 20 mins.  Again thanks to all of you that gave money and also to all of you that supported me xxxxxxxxxxx 

 My charity for this run is : THE ALZHEIMERS SOCIETY and i hope to raise with your help at least  £200.   

 I am running for the  ALZHEIMERS SOCIETY charity as it is close to my heart. I see daily how Alsheimers affects people and their families lives.  I am also running in memory of my dad GARETH HUGHES.  Gareth had "PICKS DISEASE"  which is a rare fronto-temporal dementia.  Gareth died in January 2010 aged 65.

So this is your chance to dig deep and give money to this brilliant charity.
