Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Inspired by Captain Tom in such a difficult year I want to raise funds for CFF who adapted their services to digital delivery to enable young people and their parents and carers  to receive groups and workshops supporting them with anxieties, worries and generally with being a parent in such a challenging time.

This will inspire me to get fit,  Captain Tom of the pool!
