I am taking part in Tough Mudder South this October in order to raise a few pennies for the MacMillan Nurses.

Sadly, my other half lost her Grandmother to Cancer recently and I was incredibly impressed with the nurses' level of dedication, caring attitude and how reliable they are in times of need, and Id like to give something back!

The challenge is a 12 mile mud run intercepted by obstacles such as ice filled skips, fire walks, river runs, bridge jumps and most terrifying of all.. the electric challenges!
