JDub.EXE presents 24 Hours In Tamriel

24 Hours In Tamriel · 31 December 2021
Hey you. You're finally awake...
24 Hours Of Twitch returns for its fifth entry, only this time it's with a twist - 24 Hours In Tamriel! Previous years have seen me stream a selection of games across New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but this time I've set myself an extra challenge. I'm going to attempt to complete all the mainline quests of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in one marathon sitting, in aid of this year's chosen charity, The Trussell Trust.
The Trussell Trust's vision is for a UK without the need for food banks, because it’s not right for anyone to be unable to afford their own food. They're working towards a just and compassionate future, where no-one should have to use a food bank to get by. Their vision is ambitious, but they believe in creating a future where nobody goes hungry, because nobody will allow that to happen.
The plan for the stream itself is to work through each of the questlines within The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - investigating the return of the Dragons, taking sides in the Civil War, and all of the stories that intertwine throughout the region. Not only that, I'll be spinning the wheel of chance and adjusting my playstyle every hour, because who doesn't want to see me deep into a heist on behalf of the Thieves Guild only to be forced to wield a greatsword, or going bare knuckle against a wandering giant? It's bound to go wrong, but that's part of the fun, right?
So that's the plan for 24 Hours In Tamriel, in aid of The Trussell Trust. We'll be starting at 12 noon on New Year's Eve, streaming through the night, and ending at 12 noon on New Year's Day. Join me at twitch.tv/jdubdotexe, and don't forget to give generously!

It wouldn't be a charity stream without a few stretch goals, would it? This year I'll be offering up five of them, and they will all affect what happens to my gameplay during the stream. In short, the more money we raise, the more you'll get to see me suffer...
