The Foundation was established in memory of Catherine Bullen aged 22, a fifth year medical student who died suddenly in Namibia in August 2002, aged 22 yrs. Its aims are the preservation of health in rural Namibia, by the provision of fresh water supplies, medical and educational facilities. Our current projects are the provision of a borehole for Eiseb Primary School and hostel and state clinic. The construction of a multi-purpose hall at Omuhaturua Primary School and hostel in the village of Otjimanangombe. and to provide an ambulance for the clinic at Otjimanangombe

Story

I'm cycling from Oxford to Bournemouth (part of my Colchester to Devon journey) as a big "Thank You" to the  orthopedic surgeon Jeremy Stanton who did a fantastic job repairing my smashed shoulder. I'm raising money for the Catherine Bullen Foundation, which is his chosen charity.  Let's raise loads to help fight poverty in Namibia.
