Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Hello,

So we decided to undertake the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis society to help increase our awareness of MS as a serious disease as well as do our part to fund much needed research into its causes and treatment. The Three Peaks Challenge is to scale Mount Snowden, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis (the three highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland) in under 24hours.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological condition of the central nervous system which affects around 100,000 people in the UK.

MS is sometimes very hard to diagnose and can initially be mistaken for other less severe issues. No one knows what causes it and it affects people differently .
Treatment in the UK can be hard to access and only helps to manage it. Multiple sclerosis stays with you for life, there is currently no cure for it but research is fast improving its treatment.

Last year someone very close to us was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
This is our way of doing what we can.

Please help us,

Rebecca and Jean-Sebastien
