Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. The Motor Neurone Disease Association gives support and help to those people, including a good friend and former colleague of mine, who suffer from this cruel and debilitating disease. This makes a huge difference to their outlook and day to day management of problems. They can share their experience and receive valuable advice. Equipment and care are part of the provision made by MNDA, which also funds research into the causes and effects of this disease. Any funds raised through this walk will go to the local Norwich and Waveney branch of MNDA which has been so brilliant in its support of my friend.

 My walk is 190 miles, from the west coast of Cumbria, through the hills of the Lake District and on over the moors towards the east coast at Robin Hood's Bay, over two weeks.  It will be tough! So please support me in raising money for this very worthwhile charity.
