Earlier this term my colleague and friend, Assistant Headteacher - Darren Roberts, lost his valiant battle with cancer, aged 43.  This Friday the whole school will be taking part in a Race for Life - 5k around our site in Aylesbury.  As Headteacher, I will be modelling our expectations by running (though definitely not finishing) in the first wave of runners... This event commemorates Darren but also everyone in our community who’s life has been touched by cancer. We are mobilising over 1000 students, surely just that is worth a little bit of sponsorship... That and my dodgy knee! Thanks in anticipation!
