As you all know, Jean was a very active charity campaigner all her life, and with her late husband, Mike.  It was a tricky choice which charity to select as she had been active in helping to raise funds and make practical contributions to many charities, ranging from cornea transplant clinics overseas, to local food banks, and everything in between.  We will remember her with great admiration for all her work in this area.  The one charity she remained committed to throughout her life was Cancer Research UK which was particularly close to her heart.  A Service of Thanksgiving for Jean is at Corsham Baptist Church on Tuesday 28 June 2022 at 2.00 pm and she would have been keen to take this opportunity to raise some small contribution to this charity.
