We are an international development charity working with marginalised Karen people in the poorest province of Thailand. Through taking a community led-approach we help to provide clean water and sanitation, build sustainable livelihoods and increase access to education. Thank you for your support!

Story

We have been selected to go on a volunteering trip to Thailand in order to help build a fresh water system for one of the remote villages in Mae Hong Son. Mae Hong Son is a mountainous area with an extreme climate. Remote villages are cut off during the rainy season which lasts from July to October. Heavy rains and severe droughts, which have worsened in recent years due to climate change, bring significant challenges to the local people.

Funds raised will be paid directly to the charity and will be used to cover the costs of the trip and any additional funds over the £1,200 will also go directly to the charity.
