The legendary Jeff Grayshon MBE passed away on 21st March 2021 at Pinderfields hospital, Wakefield. 

We have chosen to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research in his memory, as this was a charity and cause he was passionate about. Jeff has lost family members to cancer and when he was younger Jeff and his wife Sue, used to deliver leaflets to his local community raising awareness of the charity. 

Jeff was a well known character in the world of rugby league and gave everything he had to the game. He played 776 games up until the age of 45 and would have probably carried on playing if he could! 

He was a true gentleman, a devoted husband, loving dad and an amazing grandad and great grandad. We hope his legacy will live on and it would be fantastic if we could raise some money for this brilliant charity in Jeff's memory.
